Article 2.—INSPECTING, SAMPLING, STORING, WEIGHING AND GRADING GRAIN; TERMINAL AND LOCAL WAREHOUSES

A warehouseman having a lien valid as against the person demanding the grain may refuse to deliver the grain to him until the lien is satisfied.
