K.S.A. 38-2005: Same; contracts.

The secretary shall enter into contracts as deemed appropriate to carry out the provisions of this act. Administrative services under this program shall be contracted with private entities. Nothing in this act precludes the secretary from entering into a contract with the agency medicaid management information system fiscal agent.
