K.S.A. 38-524: Same; donations; regulations.

The county may receive donations and bequests of either money or property for the purpose of establishing and maintaining such detention home or juvenile farm and grounds. The judge of the district court shall make all regulations necessary for the supervision and conducting of said detention home or juvenile farm and grounds.
