Chapter 39.—DEPENDENT PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 4.—HOSPITAL TREATMENT AND HOSPITALIZATION

Hospitalization shall be on a case basis and the payment therefor as provided under K.S.A. 39-416 aforesaid shall be furnished under such rules and regulations as the board of county commissioners shall from time to time adopt.
