Chapter 39.—DEPENDENT PERSONS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES; SOCIAL WELFARE
Article 9.—ADULT CARE HOMES

The application for receivership shall be filed in the Shawnee county district court or the district court in the county where the adult care home is located. The application shall be verified and set forth the specific reasons therefor.
