K.S.A. 40-268: Provisions of K.S.A. 40-264 through 40-266 inapplicable to arbitrage transactions; exception.

The provisions of K.S.A. 40-264, 40-265 and 40-266 shall not apply to foreign or domestic arbitrage transactions unless made in contravention of such rules and regulations as the commissioner may adopt in order to carry out the purposes of this act.
