Article 32.—HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS AND MEDICARE PROVIDER ORGANIZATIONS

Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rule or regulation issued pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a class C misdemeanor.
