K.S.A. 40-426: Same; commissioner may authorize policies more favorable.

Any policy of industrial life insurance may be delivered or issued for delivery in this state which in the opinion of the insurance commissioner contains provisions on any one or more of the several foregoing requirements more favorable to policyholders than provided by this act.
