K.S.A. 40-780: Application of act to exempted societies and organizations; information required by commissioner.

(a) Nothing contained in this act shall be construed to affect or apply to societies and organizations exempted by K.S.A. 40-202, and amendments thereto.

(b) The commissioner of insurance may require from any society or association, by examination or otherwise, such information as will enable the commissioner to determine whether such society or association is exempt from the provisions of this act.
