K.S.A. 44-612: Judicial review of secretary's actions.

Any action of the secretary of labor pursuant to K.S.A. 44-601 through 44-628, and amendments thereto, is subject to review and enforcement by the supreme court in accordance with the Kansas judicial review act. Any such review shall take precedence over other civil cases before the court, and the hearing and determination of the action shall be expedited as fully as may be possible consistent with a careful and thorough trial and consideration of the matter.
