K.S.A. 44-811a: Purchasing and conveying of real estate by unincorporated labor organization.

Any labor organization, as defined in K.S.A. 44-802, that is unincorporated may purchase and convey real estate upon the signatures of the president, secretary and trustees of such labor organization.
