K.S.A. 55-216: Certain leases unrecorded prior to January 1, 1952, void.

Any oil and gas lease executed prior to January 1, 1925, and which shall not be recorded prior to January 1, 1952, in the office of the register of deeds in the county where such land so leased is located, shall be void.
