Chapter 65.—PUBLIC HEALTH
Article 17.—REGULATION OF EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS; FUNERAL ESTABLISHMENTS

This act shall take precedence over any conflicting Kansas laws, other than state environmental laws, that govern the handling and disposition of dead human bodies for cremation and cremated remains.
