K.S.A. 65-34,186: Same; remedies.

Any person adversely affected by any order or decision of the secretary under this act may, within 15 days of service of the order or decision, request a hearing in writing. Hearings under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act.
