Chapter 74.—STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES
Article 50.—DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE

The provisions of K.S.A. 74-50,131, as amended by section 1 of chapter 217 of the Laws of 1995, shall be effective for taxable years commencing after December 31, 1994.
