Chapter 74.—STATE BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND AUTHORITIES
Article 53.—REGULATION OF PSYCHOLOGISTS

Except as provided in K.S.A. 74-5344 and amendments thereto, any person who violates K.S.A. 74-5340 and amendments thereto or subsection (c) of K.S.A. 74-5349 shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
