Chapter 75.—STATE DEPARTMENTS; PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
Article 1.—GOVERNOR

Any reward payment under K.S.A. 75-113 shall be made on the order of the governor from the state emergency fund, without approval of the state finance council.
