Chapter 79.—TAXATION
Article 11.—BANKS, BANKING BUSINESSES, TRUST COMPANIES AND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATIONS

The provisions of K.S.A. 79-1107 and 79-1109 shall be applicable to all taxable years commencing after December 31, 1979.
