K.S.A. 79-1450: Construction of certain terms.

- Article 14.—PROPERTY VALUATION, EQUALIZING ASSESSMENTS, APPRAISERS AND ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY
If the words "justifiable value" or "fair market value" appear elsewhere in the statutes of the state, they shall be construed to mean "fair market value" as defined in K.S.A. 79-503a.
