K.S.A. 79-2106: Fees of sheriffs and treasurers.

For the services specified in the preceding sections the sheriffs shall be entitled to the same fees as they are allowed by law on executions, and the treasurers to receive for furnishing the clerk of the district court with such abstract the same fee as is provided by law for issuing tax warrants.
