K.S.A. 79-2905: Conservator liable for failure to list or pay taxes.

Every person holding lands as conservator, and neglecting or refusing to list or pay the taxes on the same in manner aforesaid, shall be liable in an action to his or her conservatee for any damage such conservatee may have sustained by such neglect or refusal.
