K.S.A. 79-2964b: Abolishment of fund; transfer of moneys and liabilities to state general fund.

On July 1, 2024, the director of accounts and reports shall transfer all moneys in the county and city revenue sharing fund to the state general fund. On July 1, 2024, all liabilities of the county and city revenue sharing fund are hereby transferred to and imposed on the state general fund, and the county and city revenue sharing fund is hereby abolished.
