K.S.A. 8-1,107: Same; initial application, requirements; mileage calculation, applications and fees.

The initial application for apportioned registration of a fleet shall state the in-state miles and total fleet miles with respect to such fleet for the preceding year in this and other jurisdictions.

Mileage applications and fees shall be charged according to the international registration plan. All mileage calculations shall comply with the rules of the international registration plan.
