Chapter 82a.—WATERS AND WATERCOURSES
Article 22.—HORSETHIEF RESERVOIR BENEFIT DISTRICT.

If the horsethief reservoir benefit district sales tax authorized pursuant to this act is not imposed by December 31, 2008, the provisions of this act shall expire.
