Chapter 83.—WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
Article 2.—STANDARDS AND ENFORCEMENT

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class A, a nonperson misdemeanor. Each separate violation shall be a separate misdemeanor.
