Chapter 84.—UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE
Article 9.—SECURED TRANSACTIONS

This act determines the priority of conflicting claims to collateral. However, if the relative priorities of the claims were established before July 1, 2013, article 9 of chapter 84 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, prior to amendments by this act, determines priority.
