KRS 100.408: Waiver or amendment of agreed -upon binding element -- Approval of

legislative body required.

Notwithstanding any provision of KRS 100.401 to 100.419 to the contrary, a planning

commission shall not waive or amend an agreed -upon binding elemen t added by the

legislative body without the approval of the legislative body of the local government

exercising planning authority.
