KRS 104.530: Notice of application for creation of district.

When seventy percent (70%) of those qualified within the boundary fixed by the secretary

are found to have petitioned for the establishment of a flood control district, and the

secretary has established the boundaries thereof, the secretary shall give noti ce of the

application for the creation of the district by publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
