KRS 107.330: Purpose of district.

The purpose of the district shall be to provide for the acquisition or construction, and the

necessary equipping of, such buildings and related facilities as may be needed, for any

project which serves a county purpose, by any governmental unit within the territorial

limits of the district, or any combination of any such units.
