KRS 108.075: Change of name for expanded district.

If, in the event of expansion of the district, it becomes apparent that the existing name is

inappropriate, then the board of the district may change its name at any regularly -called

meeting, by an affirmative vote of two-thirds (2/3) majority of the total membership.
