KRS 108.150: Minute book.

The board shall keep a minute book, appropriately bound and marked, in which the

minutes of each meeting of the board shall be kept, together with all resolutions,

regulations, tax levies, and other pertinent material. A copy of the contents of the minute

book shall be kept on file in the office of the clerk of the county or city which has the

greatest population of the district. The public shall have the right to inspect the book and

its contents at all times.
