KRS 109.280: Exercise of powers in urban-county governments.

(1) In urban -county governments powers delegated in this chapter to the county

judge/executive shall be exercised by the official in whom the chief executive

power is vested.

(2) In urban -county governments powers delegated in this chapter to the fiscal court

shall be exercised by the body in which the chief legislative power is vested.
