KRS 118.027: Suspension or revision of election statutes.

Where this section sits in the code

Except as required by KRS 39A.100 related to the emergency powers granted to the

Governor and Secretary of State as to the time and place for holding elections, no

government official other than the General Assembly may suspend or revise any statute

pertaining to elections.
