KRS 119.045: Interfering with registration.

Any person who attempts to or forcibly prevents any person from registering, or in any

way unlawfully interferes with any person registering, or prevents or interferes with a

clerk or registration officer in carrying out his duties with relation to the reg istration of

voters, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
