  1. KRS Chapter 119

Any sheriff who willfully fails to cause an election to be held, as required by law, shall be

fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).

Any sheriff who willfully fails to perform any other duty concerning an election, for

which there is no penalty specifically prescribed, shall be fined not less than twenty

dollars ($20) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200).
