KRS 12.029: Governor's advisory committee on reorganization.

The Governor may appoint advisory or study committees to assist and recommend to him

on problems concerning the various functions, organizational units and administrative

bodies of state government. Members of such committees shall serve without pay, but

shall be reimbursed for necessary and actual expenses.
