KRS 136.200: Allocation of railroad bridge assessment.

The assessment of railroad bridges spanning any river that constitutes a boundary of the

state shall be allocated to the counties in which they are located, and the local tax derived

therefrom shall be applied to each city, county, or taxing district in wh ich the bridges are

located.
