KRS 138.830: Maintenance and retention of records.

Every processor shall maintain complete records of all deliveries of contaminated waste

materials and of radioactive waste materials. Such records, together with manifests of

lading, invoices, correspondence and other papers pertaining thereto shall be ret ained for

a minimum period of two (2) years, and, if requested by the department, shall be made

available for examination by the department.
