KRS 14.316: Limitation of liability for negligent disclosure of program participant's

actual address.

No actionable duty or any right of action shall accrue against the state, a county, a

municipality, an agency of the state or county or municipality, or an employee of the state

or county or municipality in the event of negligent disclosure of a program participant's

actual address.
