KRS 141.500: Education Opportunity Account Program. (See LRC Note below)

There is hereby established the Education Opportunity Account Program, also known as

the EOA program. The purpose of the EOA program is to give more flexibility and

choices in educatio n to Kentucky residents and to address disparities in educational

options available to students.
