KRS 146.300: Determination of applicable law in conflict.

Any component of the Wild Rivers System that is or shall become a part of any state

park, wildlife refuge, or similar state -administered area shall be subject to the provisions

of KRS 146.200 to 146.360 and the laws under which the other areas may be

administered, and in the case of conflict between the provisions of these laws the more

restrictive provisions shall apply.
