KRS 146.507: Acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land.

Where the acquisition or dedication of less than a fee simple estate in land is proposed,

and the mineral estate is severed from the surface, the consent of the owner of the mineral

estate shall be provided to the office prior to approval of the acquisition or dedication.
