KRS 147A.140: District preparation of solid waste management plan.

In addition to its other powers, each area development district may prepare a solid waste

management plan emphasizing regional alternatives for reduction, collection,

transportation, and disposal for a local government which authorizes the preparation of

the plan, but shall not have authority to implement the area plan.
