KRS 148.022: Outdoor recreation programs administered by Department for Local

Government -- Breaks Interstate Park functions.

(1) The Department for Local Government shall administer and operate the outdoor

recreation programs of the state and shall be responsible for developmental planning

and the administration of United States Bureau of Outdoor Recreation funds.

(2) All functions of the Commonwealth relating to the Breaks Interstate Park shall be

attached to the Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet for administrative purposes.
