KRS 148.041: Regulations -- Accounting system.

The department shall adopt regulations necessary for the operation, maintenance and use

of state parks. These regulations shall include the setting up of an accounting system to

properly show the receipts and expenditures of the parks operated by the depar tment, and

shall provide for the setting aside and pledging of sufficient revenue to secure the

payment of all bonds and the interest thereon which may be issued.
