KRS 149.070: Counsel for cabinet.

When any action is instituted on behalf of the Energy and Environment Cabinet, the

county and Commonwealth's attorney shall represent it in the county in which the action

is brought. The Attorney General shall have supervisory authority over all actions

instituted for or against the cabinet.
