KRS 149.650: Authority to control other holdings -- Cost.

The secretary for energy and environment is authorized to carry out control work on other

adjacent or interior holdings, which, if uncontrolled, would cause a reinfestation or

reinfection of the controlled area, and to contract with owners of land in the a ffected area

relative to payment of the cost of such work.
