KRS 15.240: Authority of Attorney General to initiate or intervene in certain actions.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary the Attorney General shall

have authority to initiate actions or intervene in actions brought pursuant to the provisions

of KRS Chapters 146, 151, 217B, 224 and 350.
