KRS 15.455: Certification of program cost projections to Finance and Administration

Cabinet.

Upon receipt of a written request by the Finance and Administration Cabinet for cost

projections of the Law Enforcement Foundation Program fund as prescribed in KRS

42.190, the administrator of the fund shall, within twenty -one (21) calendar days, certify

in writing said projections to the Finance and Administration Cabinet.
