KRS 15.870: Release of data to government agencies.

Nothing in KRS 15.800 to 15.876 shall be construed to prevent the release by the Office

of the Attorney General of wage and financial institution information data to the United

States Social Security Administration or the agencies of other states who admin ister

federally funded welfare and unemployment compensation programs.
